Since the founding of the University of Cambridge in the 13th century, Cambridge has remained as a centre for groundbreaking research and learning. Today, many leading and emerging biomedical and technical companies are based there.

Costello Medical has operated from Cambridge since the company’s foundation in 2008 and our Global Headquarters in the heart of the city, next to the main railway station, is now home to over 90 colleagues.

Global Headquarters

In July 2019 we officially moved in to our new Global Headquarters, based on the 4th floor of 50/60 Station Road. A move 18 months in the making, our internal Design team took suggestions and inspiration from our colleagues to plan out and furnish this new, state of the art office.

Located just 150 yards from Cambridge train station and surrounded by numerous bus links, this office is now home to over 90 colleagues from all divisions and service offerings.

Things to Do in Cambridge

If you are visiting Cambridge for the first time to attend an interview at the Costello Medical headquarters, we highly recommend that you take some time to explore this beautiful, historic city.

The Colleges
There are 31 historic colleges in Cambridge with the 3 most famous being King’s College, St John’s College and Trinity College. All college chapels are open to the public at select times and most of the colleges also open to visitors.

Wren Library
The Wren Library in Trinity College houses treasures such as Sir Isaac Newton’s notebooks and Charles Darwin’s letters. It is open to visitors, free of charge.

Museums
Cambridge has many museums devoted to different, fascinating subjects. You can find a list of all the museums on the Visit Cambridge website.

St Mary’s Tower
To achieve a spectacular view of Cambridge from above, climb up St Mary’s Tower. Situated right next to King’s College Chapel, the Tower offers one of the best views in the city.

Cambridge University Botanic Garden
The Botanic Garden is only a short walk from our office. On a warm day you can enjoy the sunshine and the beautiful landscapes of the garden which houses a collection of over 8,000 plant species.

Food and Drink
Try the famous Chelsea buns at Fitzbillies, a Cambridge institution established in 1920. Visit the Eagle pub where Watson and Crick announced their discovery of “the secret of life”.
